This wonderful jelly is created by slow cooking juicy, organic apples from the Arno valley with sweet spices, and Chianti red wine. The delicious result is a dense, 'Chianti-style' chutney.

This jelly is delicious when paired with a plethora of foods. Most recently, it was goat cheese with duck salami and Rosemary infused crackers. The chianti flavor balances the jelly perfectly for my palate. Not too sweet. Yum!!!
