Piment d’Espelette is the coveted, spicy red pepper from the Basque region of France. This fruity mustard, with a hint of heat, is made by combining Piment d’Espelette, mustard seed, and cider vinegar.
- Coat baby potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, Espelette Mustard, and a pinch of Fleur de Sel Sea Salt. Roast and enjoy!
- Make a spicy vegetable dipping sauce with mayonnaise, yogurt, and Espelette Mustard.
- Use as the mustard in deviled eggs.
- Slather it on your lamb burger... perfection!
- Spread it on your hotdogs and sausages.
- Make a great roast turkey, or roast chicken, sandwich.
- Mix with mayonnaise and dress cold poached salmon.
- Create a fun potato salad.
- Rub it on pork, chicken, and lamb. Grill or roast.
