Piment d’Espelette is the coveted, spicy red pepper from the Basque region of France. This fruity mustard, with a hint of heat, is made by combining Piment d’Espelette, mustard seed, and cider vinegar.

  • Coat baby potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, Espelette Mustard, and a pinch of Fleur de Sel Sea Salt. Roast and enjoy!
  • Make a spicy vegetable dipping sauce with mayonnaise, yogurt, and Espelette Mustard.
  • Use as the mustard in deviled eggs.
  • Slather it on your lamb burger... perfection!
  • Spread it on your hotdogs and sausages.
